We collect: email addresses you give us, postal addresses for shipping, order details from purchases, and basic device information for site operation. We do not collect payment card numbers — those go directly to our payment processor.
How we use it
To send waitlist updates, fulfill orders, respond to support requests, and operate the website. We do not use your email for marketing beyond lyá launches and product news. We do not run third-party advertising pixels.
Who we share it with
Service providers we rely on: our email platform, our payment processor, our shipping partners, our hosting provider. Each of these has access only to the data they need to do their job. We do not sell your information.
Your rights
