We collect your email when you sign up, and your name, address, and phone when you order or opt into texts. We use it to ship orders, send updates you asked for, and run the site. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t run third-party ad trackers. You can unsubscribe, or ask us to delete your data, at any time — email support@lyastudios.com.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us and a small amount that’s created automatically when you use the site.
- Email address
- When you join the waitlist, sign up for offers, create an account, or place an order.
- Name & shipping address
- When you place an order, so we can fulfill and ship it.
- Phone number
- When you opt into SMS updates or provide it at checkout.
- Order & account details
- What you bought, order status, and (if you create one) your customer account profile.
- Messages you send us
- The contents of contact-form messages and support emails.
- Device & usage information
- IP address, browser type, and pages viewed — used to operate, secure, and improve the site.
We do not collect or store your payment card number. Card details are entered at checkout and handled directly by our payment processor.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- fulfill and ship your orders, and process payments and returns;
- send transactional messages such as order confirmations, shipping notices, and account or login emails;
- send marketing you’ve opted into — launches, restocks, and offers (see Email & SMS);
- respond to your questions and support requests;
- operate, secure, and improve the site, and prevent fraud and abuse;
- comply with our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that help us run lyá, and only what each one needs to do its job:
- our e-commerce and checkout platform, which processes orders and payments;
- our email and SMS marketing provider;
- our transactional email provider (order and contact-form emails);
- our website hosting and performance provider;
- a bot- and spam-protection provider for our forms;
- shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Email & SMS
Marketing messages are opt-in. You can stop them at any time.
Unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any marketing email. You’ll still receive transactional messages (like order and shipping updates) because they’re needed to complete your purchase.
Text messages
If you opt into SMS, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts (such as launch and restock alerts) at the number you provide. Consent isn’t a condition of purchase.

We don’t share your number with third parties for their marketing.
Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working — for example, to remember your cart, keep you signed in, and protect forms from spam.
For analytics we use privacy-friendly, aggregate measurement to understand how the site performs. We do not run third-party advertising pixels or sell behavioral data. If we add product analytics later, we’ll update this policy first.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or update it;
- ask us to delete it;
- opt out of marketing (via the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP).
To exercise any of these, email support@lyastudios.com from the address you signed up with. We’ll respond within 30 days. California residents: because we don’t sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there’s nothing to opt out of on that front — but the access and deletion rights above still apply.
Security & retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. No method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
lyá is based in the United States and your information is processed there. Our site and products are intended for adults; we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, and we’ll delete it if we learn we have.
Changes & contact
We may update this policy as the business evolves. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, give notice where appropriate.
