Use of the site

By using lyastudios.com or buying a lyá product, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You may create a customer account to view your orders and addresses. Keep your login secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account. Please don’t misuse the site: no attempting to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to it.

Orders & payment

Orders are accepted at the price shown at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel it if we discover a pricing or inventory error, suspect fraud, or can’t fulfill it — in which case we won’t charge you, or we’ll refund you.

• Our first run is limited and may sell out; availability is shown at checkout.
• Some items may be offered as pre-orders with an estimated ship window; that window is an estimate, not a guarantee.
• Payment is processed by our payment provider. We don’t store your card details (see our privacy policy).
• Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated.

Shipping & returns

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free on orders over $50; otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our returns policy.

Promotions & codes

From time to time we offer discount codes and promotions (for example, a sign-up offer for your first order). Unless stated otherwise:

• one promotional code per order, not combinable with other offers;
• codes have no cash value and may be changed or ended at any time;
• offers may exclude certain items and are subject to the terms shown when the offer is presented.

If you opt into our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts at the number you provide. Consent isn’t a condition of any purchase.

The lyá name, logo, photography, copy, and product designs are owned by lyá and protected by intellectual-property laws. The site content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only — please don’t copy, republish, or commercialize it without our written permission.

Disclaimers & liability

Our products are designed to be worn during heated workouts and sauna sessions; they are apparel, not protective or medical equipment, and make no medical claims. The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, lyá’s total liability for any claim relating to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can’t legally be limited.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms as the business evolves; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
