Unworn, unwashed items can come back within 30 days for a full refund. Worn items can't be returned — for hygiene reasons. If something arrived damaged, write to us and we'll replace it.
What can be returned
Unworn, unwashed coverings in original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been worn during a workout are not eligible — for hygiene reasons and because the satin lining shows visible wear after use.
How to return
Email returns@lyastudios.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colorway you'd prefer.
Damaged or defective items
If your lyá arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email us within 14 days with a photo. We'll replace the item at no cost and arrange return shipping.
